Returns

You may return products within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Some items, such as customized or final sale products, are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will provide a prepaid shipping label and send a replacement at no extra cost.

How to Return an Item
